About Us

The UVM Entrepreneurship Club (EClub) is a student-led organization at the University of Vermont dedicated to fostering a community of aspiring entrepreneurs. Our mission is to inspire, educate, and support students interested in building their own ventures or working in start-up environments. Through regular workshops, guest speaker events, pitch competitions, and collaborative projects, EClub provides hands-on learning experiences and valuable networking opportunities. Whether you're an innovator with a new idea or just curious about entrepreneurship, EClub offers a welcoming environment to explore your entrepreneurial passions and connect with like-minded students!

UVM Pitch Competitions

Joy and Jerry Meyers Cup

The Meyers Cup is one of the largest undergraduate business pitch competitions in the country. Grand prize winners receive a $225,000 cash prize to develop their business, plus in-kind services from local organizations, and a network of mentors and advisors.

The Vermont Pitch Challenge gives high school entrepreneurs from across the globe the chance to pitch innovative businesses that make a difference in their communities, all while competing for cash prizes and scholarships to the University of Vermont.

UVM Business Pitch Competition

The presentation and pitch must demonstrate a viable business solution and plan that addresses an existing consumer need, or can create one, identifies a target market, and outlines the operational and management plan for success. The winning business teams walk away with cash prizes.
